Gotta dive back into my calculus studies but...
wanted to stop by and say hi to everyone. Nice to read some posts and see everyone here.
I'm finishing up my first year at Stanford - I'm hoping to keep up my GPA to something reasonable. But boy it's a lot of work! It's really weird being in classes where the instructor's parents hadn't met when I graduated highschool! ;-)
I'm biking and lifting weights (although I was out of everything for about 1/2year with illness, and chiropractor, and just making excuses. :-( ) but I'm back to it now. I've been biking to school and back. I love that.
We bought a townhouse (here in palo alto) and we're moving just after finals in June. DH is really enjoying his job, and DS is mostly enjoying school, although he grew a foot in a year and is TOTALLY hormonal. 6'tall 14yearold boys with bad hormone days are scary. Nearly takes a crowbar to get him out of bed some mornings.
anyways - I've gotta go cook dinner. Just wanted to say hi to everyone and let you know that I think about you guys even though I'm way too swamped to stop by regularly.

Waving right backatcha, Anna.

Big wave from me! Good luck with school, the move and 14 year old hormones-quite the combination! Calculus might be easier than the hormones!
Check in when you get a chance and let us know how you're doing!

Smiles coming from me thinking of Anna and Nancy when they finally arrived in Asheville.

I've thought of you any number of times and wondered how you were doing, so I'm really glad you posted. Hope you'll be able to come by regularly even if not terribly often. Happy to hear things are going well for you. Asheville really was great fun. We need to plan another trip!
