Good morning gang! This will be a week were I'm confused about what day it is all week!

For the next 4 days I work only for myself which is very nice. However

Hi, Nancy...now how am I going to keep control of my eating after reading about your dessert last night? LOL! I am so determined to govern my eating this week. I must get a handle on it. So, let's just do it, OK?

Glad you had a nice visit with DD and DSIL.

Your menus always sound so good Susan! You seem to be talented with planning and making meals even with working full time.

I always think that if we ever moved or something happened to me, the family will never believe all the stuff I have accumalated. (sp?) Anyway, after trying on clothes this weekend for a party and I found few things didn't fit, I have decided to get rid of all the clothes that don't fit and have been sitting there for years and some still have tags on them. Sigh...

Enjoy this glorious day if you can.

Boy did I get tired reading your post Rhonda...you are amazing with all you do and all you accomplish with everything going on. Glad you enjoyed the movie...I heard some not so good reviews but I have learned to listen to real people instead of professionals when it comes to whether a movie is good or not.

Sorry about the parking ticket.

Wow that was some workout, Donna. I bet your arms were shaking! I hope you aren't too sore today. Sorry about the shins but that happens to me every time I start up power walking again. I am not even going to say what my bottom feels like after doing the spin class this morning.

Hope work isn't too painful today.

Hugs Lori and no problem about the rant. I am surprised you haven't blown a gasket with everything that went on and is going on.

When I read about the beads breaking I saw it as a sign that the yoga relationship was truly over. Just too bad you had to drive so far and find out what a real person the yoga person was. Closing the studio for the weekend and not notifying you is unexcusable. I was grateful to hear that you didn't have an accident coming home with how your were feeling.

Hope you don't resort to smothering yourself. Sometimes that happens when people think they are helping. (Maybe it is better than the opposite?)

I am sure your dance friend wasn't mad at you. She probably took her feelings out on you, of course the wrong person, instead of directing it to the person who really deserved it.

Sorry about the work schedule change and going through perimenopause so horribly. It is a shame the pills aren't helping you. You do enough exercise so upping that is not going to help. I used to say I was pmsing 27 out of 28 days every month.

I wish I could help in some way to make things better for you. I have to admire your strength and stamina to handle all of this without beheading someone. I also agree with you...I rather remember people as they were instead of as headstones. I will remember that description always.

Hang in there lady! Things just have to get better. I will pray that someone will come along and lighten your load.

You've sure had a lot happening. What a really rude thing for that instructor to do. I'd be PO'd too. Now that you're free of those old bonds, I'd look around for a new, more convenient

Great job on your workout!! I tried using some two lb. glove type hand weights during Zumba the other day. I took them off halfway through, so I wouldn't overdo it. Even so, I can still feel it in my neck. I think the movements are too fast and extreme to use them. The instructor told me it would make a big difference, because they sometimes do that in kick boxing.

I'd love to try M & S for lunch or dinner sometime. I've always heard great tihngs about them. The closest one to us is a the Mall at Millennia in Orlando. Tim would like to go there too.

Sounds as though you had a really nice day with your family. :-)

I have a magnet on each hip, two on my lower back, and could use one at the base of my skull, but my hair's in the way. I still woke up every hour (or more) last night. Really need to get this sleep problem under control without having to resort to prescription drugs. I stay tired much of the time unless I'm doing something active. If I sit very long, it's as though my brain starts going to sleep and I need to nap.

I'm planning to try a different Zumba instructor tonight even if I have to wear my magnets to class. I can just see them flying off when the sweat becomes too much for the adhesive tape! ;-)
