Most of this week has been like Cheese and Nut Roll and come to think of it, the entire month of May could be summed up as Mixed Bean Pate. This summer, I have every intention of making it Skinny Pigs In Blankets with lots of Hot & Peppery Cocktail Shrimp.

Q Is there one thing (or more) that you feel you would be able to change during this month to help you reach your health & fitness goal(s)?
1. Stay consistent with workouts.
2. Work on portion control and curb the not so healthy things that somehow end up in my mouth
Bonus Question: A workout of the mind: ANAGRAM in a different order, the letters N, A, G, R, and E can form a meaningful word. There are TWO possibilities. Can you find them? (Answer on Monday LoL!) I came up with Patty's answer.

In your "I know now I would"....heck yes about sunscreen.
I did rebounding (mini trampoline) sort of "freestyle" for a while, but prior to my surgery it really wasn't a good idea.
