The Super Smoothie tasted kind of like peanut butter oatmeal. I think next time I'll use low fat chocolate milk (because I couldn't taste the chocolate whey powder) and add some cinnamon for oomph. It's good to regulate blood sugar levels and won't add any calories. I also learned to cook the oatmeal ahead of time, so the smoothie won't be lukewarm. Six ice cubes don't counteract hot hotmeal. LOL!
