Another busy day for me, seems they are always busy lately. Worked until 3:30 then headed home for a little while. Actually I enjoyed a granola bar and caught up on some online reading. Headed over to ny WW meeting, proud to say I lost 1.4 pounds, I will take it. From there it was home to cook up some dinner, spagetti with clam sauce, and shrimp. Bill stopped and bought a loaf of fresh Italian bread at the bakery. Bill went back to the shop to finish working on a corvette, boys went to a concert at Jones Beach Theater to see Fall Out Boys (?), and Katie went next door for a swim in our neighbors pool. I clean up and made the mistake of sitting down. Now I feel like doing nothing and I guess that is what I will do. Actually I will make Bill a cup of coffee and walk it over to him. Got to get Katie into bed for this is the last full week of school for both the middle school and thae high school. School is offically over on the 22nd I think. Although nether of the kids need to go. Since they are no longer in elemtary school they only need to attend the day of a certain final. Thank you to all those congrats for my Rob. I am happy he is going to the prom, getting a year book and attending the senior breakfast. I just hope he passed English for that is the only thing I am holding my breath on and he keeps telling me its going to be fine. But until I hear I passed........well you ladies with boys understand how it goes. Well this print is getting smaller by the minute so I best be getting done and heading upstairs. Tomorrow will be another full day and a busy one at that. Good night ladies.

Never made it out in the sun, because by the time I got ready to go to the nursing home it had already clouded up. I got there not long after Dad started lunch. On the way, I stopped to get a to-go lunch for me to have with him. When I arrived at the nursing home, I picked my umbrella up to take with me

Well my Tuesday ended with some very surprising news. My sister called to tell me that her youngest is getting married tomorrow. When we saw him at Christmas he didn't have a girlfriend and apparently shortly after he met a girl and out of the blue announced that they were getting married at City Hall in NYC tomorrow. She is of course worried about how this is all going to work out and upset with her son that he's handling this the way he is. At this point she wishes that he had just eloped. She never expected when and if he got married to have any type of elaborate or large wedding mostly for the fact that he's always sort of beaten to his own drummer. But of course like most of us we hope that our children would want something with at least close friends and family members in attendance to celebrate with them. There just wasn't anything my sister or BIL could say that would change his mind or to wait a bit longer. There are a few issues that I can't get into that has everyone wondering how this is all going to turn out. Needless to say she's upset and I have to say I about had to pick my jaw up off the ground.

Other than that bit of news the day was pretty uneventful. I will say I came home from work exhausted and I couldn't wait to get Otto out for his walk so I could come home and collapse in the chair. I was pretty much asleep in the chair when my sister called. Somehow that news revived me.

It's now past my bedtime and if I have any hope of getting up and out of bed I had better get myself ready to head to bed.

Hope you've all had a good day.

I feel for your sister. The circumstances of the wedding have to be very upsetting. Hope everything works out for the best.

Any more news about what's brewing with Sunshine?
