Q What happened during the best day of your week?

I think the best day of the week was actually Sunday. I did a leisurely grocery shopping, had a manicure, enjoyed some reading time, a nice ride on my bike and made a nice dinner with DD and her BF here.

Olympics, Soccer, Tennis, Basketball, Golf…

Q Can you name one or more professional athletes - women athletes: either in history, today, or within the last century?

Anybody who I thought of was already spoken for!

Q If you made very little-to-no effort in your fitness, how would that effect your day-to-day living?

I know that regular fitness not just the medication is a key factor for keeping my bp under control. Regular fitness helps to maintain healthy eating. My mood and general outlook on things is definitely affected by lack of exercise. My eating habits are effected by lack of exercise. We'll just say I feel a lot better when I exercise on a regular basis. That's why one of my goals is stay consistent!

Number of Push-Ups in a Minute:

In your 40’s: Excellent= 24+ Good=15-22 Average= 12-14 Below Average= 4-11

In your 50’s Excellent= 20+ Good= 12-18 Average= 10-12 Below Average= 3-9

In your 60’s Excellent= 18+ Good= 11-16 Average= 8-10 Below Average= 2-7

Q Where are you (in this range) ? Average in the 50's range

Q Have you recently (or within the last year) enjoyed a book (on health, fitness, or just for fun) that could be recommended to this board?

Haven't read anything on health or fitness, do mostly magazine reading on that. I am enjoying The Secret Lives of Bees at the moment.

Q If you made very little-to-no effort in your fitness, how would that effect your day-to-day living?

well, I would miss out on endorphins so my mood would sour, I would go thru exercise withdrawels and then be mad at myself..after 2 days it gets easier to skip as well as day 3,4 and 5..Its been 3 years since I skipped more than 2 days in a row..The bloat would settle in and the scale would go up..I would get depressed and then say F*** it and say why bother it would be a scary thing
