Sunday Morning Start

Good morning everyone. We have a beautiful sunny start to our day here. Rhonda, I saw some flip fops the other day I think you mentioned. They were called "Margaritaville" and had blue parrots on them. Very cute, very fun.

We cannot control life's difficult moments but we can choose to make life less difficult. We cannot control the negative atmosphere of the world, but we can control the atmosphere of our minds. Too often we try to choose and control things we cannot. Too seldom we choose to control what we can -- our attitude.

Good Morning,

Another gray and gloomy looking day this morning. I woke up feeling better this morning. I fell asleep in the chair last night-always a problem when I move over to the recliner-but I went right to sleep and except for looking at the clock at 4:30 I went back to sleep until I heard Otto tap dancing in the kitchen for breakfast. At that point DH was snoring so loud I just decided I would stay up.

In the continual search for the bottom of the laundry pile (does that ever happen?) I have the washer whirling away and the last of yesterday's folded. A few more loads to do today to at least be caught up.

Grocery shopping is on the agenda and I'll have to get rid of all the leftovers before they get pushed to the back and become science experiments. It's really time for the whole refrigerator to come apart and give it a good cleaning-but not today. Some bill paying is also on the agenda. Manicure and pedicure for me today and that's about it for the agenda. I hope to get some reading time in and also hope the weather holds out to get Otto out for a walk although at the moment it doesn't look too promising. I had planned on putting a pork tenderloin on the grill but that idea may have to change.

The washer has stopped so time to flip over to the twirling part. Hope everyone has a graet day.

No set plans today other than checking out the new medical facility in town.

Congratulations to DD on her engagement! We're hoping before the summer is over that there will be one in our family. Good luck with the upcoming show. I just love your work! So good to see a post from you.
