I totally agree about stopping and enjoying the simple pleasures of summer...a nice cabana boy would help too, lol...
A friend here at work mentioned starting push ups and sit ups, so it was pretty funny when I read your email which basically said the same. I might have a hard time with 30, but I could sure try.
My plan for today is to go to my step class at the gym, it's 45 minutes and usually a great work-out.

well, while reading your posts i decided to do 30 pushups while waiting for the clock to tcik tock to 2:00 ( My lunch time) I eat at 6AM 10AM 2PM and 6PM plus &7-8pm dessert..It helps me to eat every 4 hours (usually about 300 calories each small meal plus a 150-200 cal dessert (SF pudding or SFicecream or cottage cheese w/protein powder)
also I DID end up doing 40 Minutes on the Gazelle and actually broke a sweat Yippee:) yay me..I also read somewhere if ya eat fish in the daytime it'll help ya eat less at night..I may search down some fish:)
