It's the end of the week and the beginning of the weekend. Looking forward to the start of that weekend? Plans?

Hello, Everyone! I can't believe it is another Friday already and I haven't been there and still without my wireless connection. I have been busy and not around much so that doesn't help either. I don't think there is any way to catch up with what is going on here.

I was in NC again to see granddaughters first dance recital. Of course they were cute and did well for their first year. The were in 3 dances each. I was caught in the bad weather flying back home on Tuesday. We were the lucky ones actually...we were only delayed 3 hours. Many travelers had their flights cancelled. I was stressing somewhat since I had a crazy Wednesday and Thursday ahead of me.

I had the cardiologist Wed at 9 am and got a great report. I have to stay on the Plavix another 6 months. He keeps pushing another 6 montbs since I have the drug eluding stents. Ugh! I am going for an ultra sound on the carotid arteries next Tues as a precaution. He didn't hear anything but better to be safe than sorry. I had to schedule another nuclear stress for November. I guess I am stuck doing that every year now. The only other instruction I got is to start acting like a 58 year old when I exercise...he can't believe how much exercise I do. He said anyone would feel a twinge when exercising if they did what I did.

I came home to having to do the prep for my colonoscopy. I was too anxious to eat breakfast before the cardiologist (he always makes me crazy, but not this time since my bp was 130/80). I had no idea that the "stuff" you had to drink works in less than 10 minutes and thank goodness I was home. Anyway, the colonoscopy went well...no problems to worry about. I do have some diverticulosis and hemorrhoids...but I could have told the doctor that without the procedure. LOL! Anyway, I was sick from the prep for 24 hours and I am now just starting to feel human. The chills finally went away and the runs to the bathroom. I am told it affects some people like that. I am glad that is over. Still amazed that my life is revolving around doctors and medication. Blah...

Sorry for the boring post. I will be back later to post to all that are here.

Have a good day and a great weekend. Do you have Fathers Day plans?

Keep on keeping on!

This really caught my eye when I think of the ladies I know.
