Good evening all...finally snuck in a workout today and I feel like I am back on track. I am hoping to keep off the weight I lost from the colonoscopy prep...lost 5 lbs overnight. Not a good way to do it and I am sure it is all coming back in a day or too.

I went and took a step class because I knew I would not be motivated to workout on my own at home. I am so bad with that and with my injured pinkie toe that I keep bumping, walking is not that comfortable. I can do step since I wear "studio shoes" and they are made differently from walking or running shoes, so they don't hurt my little piggie.

I really have to get myself motivated to clean around here. Haven't done anything but laundry, cook and change sheets since I am back from NC. But I figured out that it will wait for me anyway.

Going to younger DD's house tomorrow for Father's Day. I am making sausage and peppers and bought strawberries and blueberries from Costco to bring along. Should be a pleasant day since it is supposed to be hot and sunny tomorrow and DD has a pool.

Have a great evening all...

Hope you got your run in Patty and your hair is getting lighter. Maybe the sun shining on it today while running will help.

Glad your dd wasn't driving but maybe her choice of alternate driver wasn't the best. Hope everything works out. It's amazing how now matter how old they are they can still have a way of making you shake your head, send shivers up your spin and make you think-what were they thinking?

Hope you were able to enjoy the shower and bbq.

Hugs,

Do you steam your artichokes?
