I think my sister is trying to kill me!! We met at 5am at the gym this morning. I did weights, she did cardio. I did my own run at home later and then this afternoon we met at the track for a walk. In between that I worked in CL and here at home.

I'm valiantly trying to stay awake awhile longer. My eyes have been heavy since late this afternoon. I made some tacos for dinner and attempted to make some brown rice for DH-however instead of putting it in the microwave for 5 minutes I must have put in 50 minutes. It suddenly occured to me that that 5 minutes was taking a very long time and then I saw it had 35 minutes to go-can we say inedible! The tacos were good though! I did really well with my eating until it was decided that the cake was coming out. Wasn't a huge piece but I really was trying to make it through the day without the sugar.

I got a new DVD today in the mail. I ordered the Ultimate Walking Workout from Prevention. Three workouts on the disc-a walking workout, an accelerated walking workout and a body shaping workout. I scanned through it and I think I'll give it a try tomorrow morning.

DD lent me a book that I started yesterday just having a tough time staying awake to read this evening.

Work was busy and Sunshine and apparently the DH is on the do-do list-he was called a moron on several occasions-but at least her wrath was pointed in another direction!

Took a long walk with Otto this evening and DH was very helpful with clean up in the kitchen and helped me hook my DVD player back up in the basement and even made a pot of sauce. Maybe our friendly conversation yesterday made sense to him.

It's time to do the final clean up for the evening and I think I need to wait up for the timer to go off for the sauce. I hope one of us hears it before it cooks all night!

That's about it-nighty nite! Pleasant dreams!

It would be great if we could all do classes together!

Some serious missing in action from me and I am so sorry. Rob's prom was wonderful as I posted on Friday morning. Graduation was nice, they kept the entire ceramony to 1 hour and 40 minutes. He had 340 kids in his graduation class. I am attempting to down load those pictures as I type. From the ceramony we went out to a lovely dinner...........not $85 a head either, lol. Katie spent Friday/Saturday with her girl friend and on Sunday with my parents. I went with Bill and our friends to race his car in Maryland Saturday morning. Rob stayed home to attend several graduation parties and Billy stayed home to work on his race car. Billy slipped coming out of his race car trailer and has a swollen ankle that he went and had x-rayed. Might be broken but we have not heard back from the doctor today. They better call in the morning. Bill and I got home after 11 last night, it was a 6 hour trip which normally takes 4 hours. Work was busy and the one older sect called over the weekend, her 92 year old mom fell and broke her hip and is in the hospital. Looks like she won't be in this week at all which mean guess who will be picking up extra hours. I need to close my eyes but I wanted you to know I was thinking of everyone. Not even doing any WW right now, have so much going on and I am struggling with my balancing act. Hope all is well with everyone and I need a quiet afternoon to catch up.

We definitely have humidity here! I was thinking at 7:30 this morning that it was pretty oppressive, and I'm used to it. Wonder what part of Jax. she lives in. Any good finds at Macy's?

Great job on your workout with your sister and on your own, Patty! I'd love it if we could all work out together. We'd just have to restrain ourselves from fattening treats afterwards. Kind of takes some of the fun out of it though.

My arms are KILLING me! I don't think I remember my forearms ever hurting as badly from yard work as they are today, and I still have the 2nd day pain which is worse, coming tomorrow. I did go out this evening and cut the other dozen boxwood, hoping using the muscles would help work some of the soreness out. I was dripping wet from the heat and humidity even at dark. The other evening at 5:30 the Walgreen's thermometer said it was still 100 out. I'll take that over cold any day. So, the yard is looking better and I must have burned at least a few calories. Lifting my purse was agony when I was out today. I'm hoping the hot soak, liniament, and some tylenol will make
