Good morning everyone! Rhonda, how wonderful to read your post about your dad!!Jazzerdeb, are you on vacation now? Didn't we discuss me going with you????

Remember, you create your own reality by the choices you make in the moment. Today, go for more moments of creating 'heaven on earth.' It's your choice.

I read that and created my own quick reality. Today I'll be a size 6 blonde babe who is hanging out wth george at some secluded spot.Obviously I have my own slant on reality.

Good Morning,

Looks like Long Island will be having the three H's today-hazy, hot and humid.

Another night of not sleeping well. It's really just so old and at this point it seems that it's something that is just going to stick around with me but I'm really not adjusting well! By midafternoon I'm just so sleepy and tired and even though I did put in for required nap time at the office my suggestion has gone unnoticed!

I did get to the basement this morning and tried out my new DVD. I wanted to do all 3 segments but time only allowed for 2. I am coordination challenged on part 2 but hopefully I'll get it eventually!

Not much else going on around here just the usual domestic goddess things to take care of before changing hats and becoming legal assistant extrordinare and then back to domestic goddess. Somewhere along here I need to put my bookeeping hat on and make sure that I haven't forgotten any of my creditors and get my checkbook in order.

CL-Deb-hope Billy is OK and that somehow the frantic pace slows down for you.

Rhonda-so glad to see the post about your Dad. What a great sight that must have been for you.

Donna-hope everything is OK at the circus and that you had a great weekend with the kidlets.

Patty-great job on that workout yesterday!

Nancy-hope the knee is feeling better. Knee pain has been a big problem for me even with walking sometimes.

Lori-packing up and gearing up for your trip?

Well better get moving and prepare myself for whichever way the "Sunshine" is going!

Hope you all have a terrific Tuesday!

Good morning ladies..........I ended up staying up until midnight because I mopped the kitchen floor. I can only have Katie do so much before they start to call her Cinderella, lol. Up at 6:15 and I grabbed my shower first. I put the kitchen back together and I have dried my hair and eatten my scrambled egg whites. Nancy I am doing

Good morning, everyone!

I tried to post from the circus Monday morning, but one of the animals needed cleaning up after, so I just deleted the post

I can sure empathize about the lack of sleep. It's so frustrating, as well as tiring. I've been taking my magnesium/calcium more regularly and some 5-HTP before bedtime. Even though I read until about 2 this morning, I did go to sleep faster and seemed to stay asleep more through the night than I have been. Of course, that may have been because I got almost no sleep the night before, but I'll stick with it and see how it goes. Hope your sleep situation improves soon.

Wow, no wonder the kids love to come to your place! Sounds like the perfect fun-filled weekend for the prince and princess. Glad you had such a wonderful time with them.

I love peonies, but they don't grow down here. My sister used to have some in MD. They are such a spectacular flower, really elegant. I'd love to see before and after pictures of your yard.

I hope work settles down some for you, but how wonderful to hear that Peter is loving his job.

Thanks everyone for your good thoughts about my dad. :-) I will be going to the nursing home in time for lunch today. Need to get to the mall to get some Simon gift cards for a few of the people who've given really special care to him during his stay. He transfers on Friday, but tomorrow will be my last day to see everyone, since I fly out Thursday AM. I will miss a number of the people and will really miss the parrot, the dachshund, and the cat who live there. The finches don't interact much, they're too busy breeding constantly. LOL! New babies constantly!

So, I'm going by the mall, then to the nursing home. I will have to start packing today. I've made up my packing list, because I have so many little things I need to take not just for myself, but for people up there. I've got one going for Orlando too, since I'll have only about 1 1/2 days before I drive down there for close to a week.

Got a great surprise when I woke up this morning. My arms are not sore!! I guess using the muscles again yesterday evening, taking the tylenol, and soaking them in hot water must have done the trick. I am really relieved. I'll see how they do as the day wears on. That Trigosamine supplement I take has worked wonders for my hips. Nancy, it might help your knee, as well. It's available at various drug stores.

That's it for now. Need to get on the go or I won't have time to get stuff done before I need to have lunch with Dad.

Big hugs to you all!

I was going to say hi last night but we had to close the door to our computer room since the cats were knocking down the plants and with the 90+ weather and high humidity it was a bit of a sauna in there.
