Good morning everyone! Jazzerdeb, Bob says thanks for the steak :) Lori, so excited for you about the trip to see your mom. Have a great time! Cl-Deb, hope Billy's foot is ok and the cyst are just what the drs think. I know this is easy for me to say but you are pushing yourself so much, any way to slow down??

In CL 2 of my houses are computerized. Some days it makes my work easier and some days not. In theory the 2 computerized houses should be doing the best because everything is set up to run

Hot like the dickens up here in New England today; I am happy to say I was out the door at 6:30 AM for my 2.1 mile walk with the dog... the walk goes along a pond near my house and is lovely.

In an hour, I start tennis lessons but it is 96 degrees now at 5:30 so the heat will be a real test.

Like I said yesterday, I made the decision just to really enjoy the next few months of summer, with all the outdoor activities, and not go crazy watching the scales; I'm just going to hope and pray that my good choices and overall positive attitude will keep the weight going in the right direction: down.

That said, the extra 15 pounds I re-gained this winter (yes, I've lost six or seven of it) resulted in none of my shorts, or cute summer outfits fitting. After I lost this weight the FIRST TIME, I threw out all my bigger clothes, swearing it would never happen again. So, I had to hit the sales the last week or two to buy bigger clothes. Ouch. But I am willing myself not to be bummed about it! I will not be bummed! Life is too short to waste time that way.

My SO keeps telling me I am PERFECT the way I am, nice and curvey, which he really means and which is really sweet, but I KNOW I am healthier at a lighter weight!

That's it from here,

Marianne

Yes I am here! I moved here from Philly in September; so my profile is still accurate: a major east coast city. I just love Massachusetts. We are going to Lenox tomorrow for a three day weekend; we are going to hear Prairie Home Companion live at Tanglewood...two other families from my new church are coming too. We are taking our bicycles and we are going on a bike trail alongside the Bershires one day too. I am so excited; this is my first trip within New England since we moved here. Marianne

Wow. It looks beautiful. I can't wait to get up to Maine. We have friends visiting us from home next weekend. We are thinking about Fan Hall of course, and maybe the Harbor Islands for a picnic....any other ideas? Thanks, Marianne
