Well, I'm sneaking in a little early but not too early. I'm actually 39. I'll be 40 in December. Life has changed a lot for me in the past two years and my body isn't what it was only a couple of years ago.
I'm a divorced mom of 3 little ones. I love to run but am having trouble finding the time between, work, kids, house. I know I need to get a routine going but I just have to figure it out and since I haven't been running, I will have to work my way back up. I used to do about 3 miles 4 days a week. Did some weight lifting on occasion and I know with age I need to start focusing on more strength building things which will also help keep my bones strong.
So ladies, any advice? I love the way I feel when I'm active. I just have to find the time to do it. Wish I had a treadmill. Not my favorite but at least I could use it when the kids went to bed at night...
