I have to say I think this is the perfect place for me. I think I have some tapes, but I hate doing that. I am somewhat active we go for walks and I do walk at during my lunch. But I like to really get the heart pumping and I love the way running makes me feel. The kids are with their dad every other weekend and we are members of the local Y and usually head over to there on the weekends.

Our daily schedule is pretty busy. We head out of the house in the morning around 7 a.m. and don't usually get home until 6 or 6:30 pm. I am usually pretty tired by the time they hit the sack and don't really sleep well if I try to exercise right before bed. They are in bed at round 8:30 and I usually finish up for the night at around 9:30. By then I just need some quiet time and wind down for the evening and usually turn in around 10:30 or 11:00. I already get up at about 6:00 and don't think I could sleep any less. I think finding things I can do with them (like the track suggestion) will work best.
