Another beautiful day here. It's only 58 degrees right not-kind of cool for July but it's so great sleeping with the windows open and not even needing the ceiling fan.
I did get a good workout in this morning. I'll take the chicken but I'll take a pass on another DH! One is more than enough :)! Thanks anyway!
Not sure I'm ready for another work week to start and it will be strange having a day off in the middle of the week. I'm so ready for a vacation. We have off the last week of July and then back to work for 2 and then off again. We both like to have the weeks off spread a little further apart but just didn't work out that way this year. We both get 3 weeks and we haven't decided what to do with the last week. I've considered taking days here and there but I'm not sure I want to do that. I'll have to see if DH wants to do a week of things he'd like to do and have a week for me myself and I which I would enjoy.
Nothing much else going on around here. Chicken chimichangas for dinner tonight and then dog walking. I have a ton of ironing to do and seeing how the work day goes maybe I'll tackle some of that pile.
Hi everybody! Well, our first three day getaway in our new home state of Massachusetts was GREAT! The weather was perfect. We went bicycling on a rail to trail path along a river with a view of the Berkshires; we attended an outdoor concert, we hiked a mountain trail, and went to a wonderful museum. I didn't exactly stick to a "diet" but I was active and I enjoyed myself and today I feel great. I had promoted the concert as a group activity at my new church and three other families joined in, so it was really great to have that group picnic on the lawn while we enjoyed Prairie Home Companion with special guest James Taylor! I moved here in September and I am starting to feel roots. My second tennis lesson is tonight at 7:30. That will keep me from overeating or having that glass of wine before then -- and I'll be too tired afterwards! That's the plan, anyway. Have a great Monday everyone! Marianne
PS Donna: I ordered DUCKTOUR tickets for Friday afternoon! Thanks for the link.
I'm struggling with the the decision to go off of Seasonal.. I have so much breakthrough bleeding.. tmi? Has anyone had an experience with this type of birth control?
