I don't think I've ever gotten a picture of one lighting on a flower or herb. Need to try that. I think next month is when I should be seeing more of them here. It really does lighten my mood and brighten my day when I see them. I see a lot of chrysalises (?) at various times, which is neat, because I know it means more butterflies.

I'll post what I ate and exercise if you want to try it.
Here is what I had....
Bkfst: Kashi Almond Crunch and milk.
Lunch: grilled walleye, corn, coleslaw, and a fat free pudding cup for dessert.
Supper: 2 chicken strips and a dozen french fries.
