Well I didn't lose it but I read that eating grapefruit or drinking a glass of fresh juice daily could help you drop 3 1/2 lbs in 12 weeks (Journal of Medicinial Food - as quoted in Self Magazine so it can't be wrong can it?).

Don't like it enough to drink it without sugar, which defeats the purpose.

I've got a call and get an update...SIL took her over to her house this weekend to watch her, when I called they were all reading their new Harry Potter books and I could tell SIL wanted to get back to the book.

Sounds like she needs to learn to like it, even a little bit, if her health is ever going to improve.

Not a fan of grapefruit juice, love grapefruit unfortunately interferes with one of my bp medications-so it's on the no no list for me.
