Good Morning,
Wonderful weather we are experiencing at the moment although the humidity will be on the rise and looks like some rain headed our way.
Wondering what waits on the wacky wierd world of work today!(like to keep that "W" theme going :)! I know boss man will be in early as he wasn't in yesterday and is selecting a jury today and I know Sunshine is waiting for a talk with him. She's got more nerve than brain as far as I'm concerned. Nosy as I am I hope there are some missing pieces put together today.
Experimenting with the family's taste buds for dinner tonight. DH will be doing the in and out the door this evening so I'm making some chicken and cucumber sandwiches with a carrot and apple salad. Two experiments in one night might be too much to handle!
Wonder of wonders I actually heard the alarm go off and got myself up out of bed and to the basement for a workout this morning. I won't say that it wasn't without a bit of talking myself into it but I did accomplish it and it felt good. I've had two really good days of eating and just need to pump up the water intake a bit.
Otto and I will head out for a walk this evening after dinner and I think there's some laundry calling my name.
Patty-have a great time today! Outings with your family members seem to be interesting!
Lori-good luck with your trip to the homestead. Boys are indeed stupid! I think you'll do great with a solo performance!
Grace-I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Please take it easy.
Rhonda-sorry that the weather wasn't better for your trip but I'm sounds like the getaway was fun in spite of it. And I'm sure having Jackson around brought out some sunshine!
Shar-as always-absolutely love your work!
Well my timer is beeping at me for my chicken so I'd better run. Thinking of all of you and wishing you all a wonderful Wednesday!

How is H quitting smoking? Tim started using the new prescription, Chantix. So far, so good. I am praying HARD! Good luck to you both.
I bet you'll do great in your solo.

The W theme is indeed pretty racy this morning, Princess.

I know that Tim has been less "conversant", as he says, and he seems more abrupt in his replies. He's started having trouble sleeping too. I definitely notice a difference. At least it is working on the not smoking part, but that just started Friday night. Still, for Tim, that's a big deal. He doesn't smoke around us, but I can smell it on him and hate it. I worry about his health with his family's history of heart disease and stroke. He's still chewing the gum sometimes too.

Want to get a post in before I head to the beauty shop to have my roots done. Rob just left to take Dad to the urologist. He'll push the wheelchair a block away, and Mom will walk alongside. So glad Dad's going for the check-up and so grateful Rob has been such a big help.
He and I ran some errands yesterday, including getting a gift card for his friend's parents for the use of the condo. We visited with them for a while, which is always fun. Tim's brother from CA is in town for a few days to try to help with their sister and called to see if we'd like to go to Clark's Fish Camp for dinner. He loves that place! We'd been there earlier in the day to get a gift certificate. Met him at 7:15. We'd had a late lunch, so I ordered just a side salad and snacked on the fried pickle chips, coconut shrimp, and baked seafood appetizers. I was still stuffed. He and Rob got fillets. It was about 9:15 when we got home from there. We saw a little gator in the creek while we were waiting for our table, and Eric was really excited about that. He took pix with his phone to prove to his wife there really are gators there. When she was here recently we didn't see any. I think we may try to get together again tonight, since he'll leave early in the morning.
Tim's normal sister, her son, and husband will be leaving to go to Ohio to check out an art school that's for sale. She is really an artist and has been looking for an opportunity like this. He thinks she'll go. She seems to have her heart set on it before she's even seen it. I would hate to see them go. Her son is 30, and he said he'd stay here.
Gotta' run. Have a Wontastic day!
