I cannot leave for 4 days without knowing if there was a conclusion to your cliff hanger at work.

Yes, after much eluding to something was going to happen and my boss telling me that he would fill me in on the latest saga he finally returned to the office yesterday afternoon. Thought that jury selection would never end!Apparently she would have been fired on Monday if my boss hadn't been ambushed by her and was late going to court. In the meanwhile of course because of her "mistreatment" there was the whole resigned and then the unresigned thing. The unresigned thing apparently came about after a phone call from her husband to please let her stay. Then the conversations between the partners began.

My boss individually called us into his office yesterday to hear out our concerns with her behavior and to explain the circumstances and then a rather lengthy discussion with her with her. She remains there on probation. Any type of disruption with anyone in the office she's gone immediately-no discussion. In January along with a change in office locations there apparently is going to be change in job descriptions and personnel filling that job description. We'll see what comes first!

So looks like the saga may be ending!

Now, we'll see if it gets 'carried through' to any extent.
