Q If your week were like a goddess boot-camp, which of these poses best describes it?I'm loving this picture!!!

  • Fire breath: reconnecting you with your intuition; grounds you in your body and tunes in to your inner wisdom.

  • Mother Earth: Taps into your creative energy; strikes a healthy balance between giving and receiving.

  • Bow: Balance between the push-pull of ego and heart; keeps you sharply focused on your goals.

  • Cobra: Helps you lead with your heart, not your head; turns vulnerabilities into strengths.

  • Downward Boat: Helps you practice keeping your heart open and letting the core of your body set your destination.

  • Goddess meets warrior: Strike a balance between the feeling, receptive goddess and the warrior, who takes action. (A close second)

You have pretty hair. I don't know how good it will look, but I'm letting mine grow too. I want to be able to put it up or back instead of resting with the curly sections on days when I'm not going anywhere special (which is most of the time).
