Good Morning,

Very warm and humid here today. I am so groggy this morning and having trouble keeping two thoughts together. I was in such a deep sleep that DH actually had to poke me to wake me up.

I don't know whether I'm in an exercise slump or what you would call it. My whole sleeping pattern has changed once again and although I wake up several times during the night I go right back to sleep and then just can't get up in the morning. Exercise is non existent and except for being outside I don't even want to think about being down here. I seem to be in I don't really care about anything mode at the moment. Maybe the anticipated week off will help.

There are some serious STUPID BOY issues going on here this morning with DD. DS is now contemplating going back to school for more welding classes. He keeps saying he needs to change jobs. DH and I have both provided suggestions of where to put in applications and people to talk to him if he wants to really get into the welding profession. What's the phrase-you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. We've provided names, locations, phone numbers....He's got a real talent for welding and of course he's not using it his certification has run out. He's got a lot of issues that I don't think he has resolved some of which stem from his very delayed diagnosis of learning problems that are hampering him with a lot of self esteem issues which he just doesn't want to admit to. DD is struggling to get a car. She finally got her deposit money together but she's trying to get a 2007 to save a bit of money and they've located a few but some dealers are unwilling to give them to another dealer. She may end up with a car from NJ or Maine! She's also moving so interesting situations all around.

Tonight there's a concert in the park but I don't know whether weather is going to allow it. The rain date location is in the Middle School auditorium and I've sat through 3 graduations in there and not the place I'll be!

Running late so I need to get moving before I'm late once again!

Thinking of you all and hope you all have a great day!

I'm getting ready to head out to a Zumba class, so this will be short. My instructor will be in shock to see me 2 days in a row. She's started teaching 2 other days of the week, but they're too far, unfortunately.

Once I finish there, I'm come home to clean up, then head to the nursing home to be with Dad since it's Mom's late day. I know he's lonely since his roommate was moved.

Nancy, have a great trip!

Happy Friday!
