Why do I think if I took a Gliding class I'd glide right on to my rear?

I haven't seen this class before.Did you decide to take it? I'd definitely slide on my rear.

Have you seen the piece of equipment on TV

It was something I saw in a magazine, then looked it up on the net.

I thought about the paper plate or towel under my feet and trying it on my tile floor but I'm afraid I'd break a bone.

Don't you have some sort of 'glider/slider' sort of things that you've done workouts with?

I have an 8ft slide thingy that you slide from one end to another on. Last time I did it Bob wore himself out meeting me at each end. I do really feel it in my buttisimo when I do it.
