Good morning everyone. I completely crashed last night. Spent most of the day outside working or in CL. It felt wonderful. BNL hope your son isn't hurting too much today. Karen, love the bathroom!

Good Morning,

Another beautiful sunny day here on LI. The temperature seems likes it's going to be much warmer but the humidity seems to be on the comfortable side for the moment.

Much to my amazement yesterday I decided to plug in my treadmill just for the heck of it. And lo and behold it was working again. Don't know why and DS actually was discussing the repair of it with the guy at work. Pretty much if it really does give out once and for all it's going to be more in parts than the thing is worth at this point. But it was nice to have a good walk/run on it again.

DD and DH went to see Harry Potter yesterday afternoon and I tried to catch up on a few things around the house and made DD's favorite angel food cake with fresh fruit topping for dessert for last night. We had a nice dinner and then DD took me for a ride in her new car.

Today's is Emma's christening. I'm going to get my nails done this morning and then we'll head out to the church and party afterwards.

That's pretty much my day. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

Eric's at work, I'm reading the papers (have read the Tacoma News, the Seattle News...I savor and save NYT for last), had breakfast (fiber bar), lunch (ww entree, green beans and portion of 100 calories of tiny little cookies and a piece of chocolate).

I've always loved John Singer Sargent's painting, Madame X, and thankfully got to see it at the Met last November....the woman behind the painting intrigues me...and I'm enjoying this book today.
