HI, all...hmmm...I missed the whole weekend here again. Just don't know where the time goes. I can't imagine what would happen if I was working full time again. Two part time jobs are enough right now. At least one of them is fitness orientated.

Had a meltdown today after getting on the scale. So, I am really not the best person to be around today. Just don't get how I can watch what I eat, exercise as much as I do, and still gain weight. I used to lose doing what I am doing now or at least maintain. I am just tired of thinking of food as the enemy and then wanting it at the same time. I know the WW point value of just about everything, make good choices most times, and can never look at food the same way again. I am hoping something gives this week...either my attitude (acceptance) or really getting on the stick and doing something about it. Just don't want to live on less food.
So, what do I do when I feel like this besides getting to the gym? I go and have my hair cut off again after my class. I am really really going to try to choke down that nutrisystem food. I have doctors appointment in about 2 1/2 weeks and if I don't see a loss by then, I am going to request detailed blood work to be done. Don't know where else to start. So...here's hoping it works this time.
Nice pictures of your "babies", Karen. You know, no matter how old they get, they will always be our babies. My babies are having babies and it blows my mind.

Grace..GFY for kepp On going and going and not giving up!! You HAVE to switch things up if they are not working. GFY on planning blood work just in case. I , too have been working My BUTT off trying to lose with Minimal results lately. Your body could actually be in starvation Mode..You might be burning way more calories than you think...Besides the daily exercise there is the normal day to day activities that may be burning calories

Keep On trying Keep On trying dont give up..I too am going for bloodwork this week..I have to fast for 12 hours thats the hard part LOL Maybe if i stop eating 730 tonight I can go in tomorrow at 730 LOL

Thank you Erin for your encouragement and kind words. Sometimes I wish I could change up my exercise but with being a fitness instructor I am kind of stuck doing what my work schedule is. Adding more on when I am not working, doesn't seem to happen. I am starting to teach on Tuesday night...2 45 minute classes in another gym. It might be part of the formula for mixing things up. I know I am eating enough. Sometimes I think going on WW messed me up. It is really too little food for me sometimes. If I follow their new formula, I am only supposed to eat 17 pts a day. I did better on the old old plan...I was allowed 18 to 25 pts a day and was told to eat at the higher end and it worked. Maybe I should try that again?
Good luck with your bloodwork. At this point, I just want to know what is going on with my body. It may be an aftermath from my surgery in December...I seem to be having more trouble since then. Didn't think it would matter since I have been postmenopausal for a few years now. Sigh....

I forgot you are a fitness Instructor!Sometimes NOT all diets work for all of us thats for sure..have you ever tried FITDAY.com?you can Log your exercise (basal/non basal?) and it puts the food and exercise together and spells it out for you..Pretty neat
I would say go to the Higher end of the points..It is so hard sometimes to find the right balance..Like last week I feel I should have definately lost weight..I was In Ketosis By wednesday and then the scale just froze!Of course the day after visiting gyno My hormones went whacky again for the first time in a couple months
