This East Coast girl couldn't get onto the board this morning. I had to have my morning coffee without you!

The humidity is so oppressive this morning. It's not taking much to suck the energy right out of me. I didn't sleep well again last night tossing and turning and listening to snoring. DH has been much better with the snoring thing up until the last 2 nights. Must have been because I told him his snoring was better-making up for lost time :)! Finally at 5:30 I fell into a deep sleep. Never made it up for my morning walk but I also don't have a headache this morning. I'm going to try for some treadmill time this afternoon.

Trying to get my house back in order as going back to the "W" word is rapidly approaching. Car parts adorning my hallway at the moment...not sure where they belong but they had better find a home.

Patty-thanks for all your help with the headache situation. That was very sweet of you to call your pharmacist for an opinion.

CL-Deb-really sorry to hear about everything going on with your MIL. I hope they're able to figure out what's causing all her problems. Sounds like there is far too much on the plate right now. Sending a big hug your way.

Well better get back to whatever it was that I was attempting to do. DH is off to his class soon for the afternoon. Just Otto and me for the afternoon!

Hope everyone has a great day.

EverchangingDeb, I hope today goes well for you. I can't wait to hear about it.I'm so excited for you!

Had to hit CL early this morning and then get to the track to walk with sister and niece. The first half of the walk was spent with me ranting and raving about the scales .I'm proud to say

HI, all...was out early today for the prayer shawl ministry at the church. It meets the 4th Saturday of the month. I have really been a crocheting machine since I am off that Crestor and have all this new found energy and I can stay awake later to get things done. I donated a shawl, a Christmas stocking, a dozen premie baby hats, and 7 premie blankets. (Well they are really used to wrap up the babies that don't make it before giving them to the mom. I know it is sad but it is comforting to know the moms get the baby with something personal wrapped around them.) Anyway, I have a whole list of things I want to do this month for the next meeting. They need Christmas stockings as well as 7" by 9" rectangles to be sent to Warm up America. They are sewn together to make blankets. Just heartwarming to know I can help out a little.

So, now you know part of the reason I haven't been around again. I have also been really busy with the "girls", especially granddaughter and helping out 9 month pregnant DD. I am still on a high from taking that inten-sati class Wednesday. I think I love it as much as Debbie and Rhonda like Zumba. Oh just found out a new gym around here offers Zumba classes.

Nothing else much doing except trying to plan what I am going to crochet first. I have so many projects swirling around in my head.

Hope all is good...I am going to try to catch up a little but you know how that goes with missing a couple of days at this board. Way too much to read!

Oh...I have also been on plan after joining WW Tuesday. I think upping my goal weight made the difference since trying to get to that originaly goal weight seems daungting. I stupidly picked a goal weight 15 lbs lower than what WW recommends so I was really self sabatoging myself before I even restarted.

I really should clean a little before I pick up the crochet hook.

Bye for now...

Grace

Keep on keeping on!
