I would be ok with doing miles again, but I didn't set that up so I don't know what counted as a mile. Or a point system can be used again like a point for drinking all you water, a point for your vitamins, a point for each 10 minutes of exercise, a point for staying on your eating program, etc. Oh yeah...1 pt for each lb lost or inch lost each week. I don't measure so that would be hard for me so you could have the option.

So...let's try to plan something and I am starting Tuesday no matter what since it is my weigh in day. Actually I am starting Monday since I am teaching a step interval class but after the holiday will be better or Wednesday for those whose kids don't start school until then. I would love to see it go to the end of the month...short month...only 30 days.

I could try to keep track of everyone's points except I would use pencil and paper for that. There is nothing on my laptop to help me keep track otherwise. Just a thought.

Oh yes we all can use the support and motivation. I hope what I posted below is a help...

One tip I can give you...don't say you are going to do something every single day because if you miss even one day, you feel like you "failed". So, attempt 3 or 4 times a week and anything extra will be a bonus.

Take it one day at a time and change one thing at a time too. It is too hard to do everything all at once unless you are used to it. Instead of thinking I can't have this or that, think of what you can have! Concentrate on fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grain high fiber carbs, good fats, as well as hydration. Of course we all know what to do it is just putting into action consistently. I should take my own advice!!

Good luck...
