Good morning ladies...........can you believes? Leaves a lot to ones imagination doesn't it? I wanted to say "Can you believe summer is officially over?" but of course that would not fit. So can you believe it is Labor Day Weekend already? I can't that is for sure. Although there were times this summer I thought it would never end, lol. My mother used to tell me as a kid to stop wishing my days away because once you become a grown up the days just fly by. Did I understand her back then, did I listen to her back then, nope. Do I understand it now, you betcha. Would you like to explore the other options of can you believe? I think believing can take on many rolls and it plays a huge roll in our daily lives. Listening to Jdeb and Rhonda these last few posts makes me believe that the two of them truly love their exercise routine of Zumba. I really believe they both would make great instructors. Do you guys believe in yourselves to make that happen? I will tell you everyone here believes it so. I think our first thought each day to reinforce our belief that we are worth everything possible and therefore we need to go after what ever it is we need or want. Whether it be exercise, healthy eating, a new love, a new car, new home, new challenge, a new pet, a new start. We have to believe in yourself first to make these thing really happen. No will say it is going to be easy but it all needs to have a starting point and I think believing in ourselves is that point. So what is on your agenda for today? How about for the entire weekend? Are you taking day by day? What is the weather like in your neighborhood? Please share with us....................I believe I want to know what you are up to!

I would love to be your workout partner (and wish we could visit Boston more).

Donna, thinking of your family all together. Saying a special prayer for your mom and for your younger cousin. Very difficult thing to go through no matter what the age but when its a child it really hurts more. Please know that I am thinking of you and your family. HUGS!

Kathy welcome back, we have really missed you. Good luck finding what works best for you in fitness. Love the pictures of Sean, how is he doing? Why did Laura move back to CT? Is she staying with family or did she buy something? Is her husband still in the service?
