I am going to make this quick because I need to get my *ss into the shower, again! Boys left around 6:30 this morning so all my XY's are gone for the day. Kind of wish I could enjoy my house without them in and out but Katie and I are heading out too. I need to hit the shower and head out within the next 40 minutes. Heading out to watch the Grand Prix of the Hampton Classic for all you horse lovers out there, lol. I just know we are going to hit lots of traffic, oh wonderful. My BIL is going to put passes up at WillCall for us, thank goodness. It is a beautiful day and it should be a nice relaxing day, but I just need to take a chill pill to enjoy it. I told Katie to bring her riding clothes for later, just in case she wants to ride Daniel on our way back. But I did promise my parents we would head by them for dinner tonight (BBQ). Yesterday was a day of running again, just like I knew it would be. After my groceries arrived I took Katie to our local barn for her lesson. After her lesson she decided to stay and give "Fred" a bath so I ran to MIL for a visit. Helped her make some stewed tomatoes while FIL did some local errands. Katie called to say she was staying later and one of the other moms would bring her back..........cool beans. I ran to the nail salon and got my nails done (yes and hour to relax and close my eyes), then to the pharmacy to pick up Katies, meds, then to the bakery for some dinner rolls then home. Made a nice pork chop dinner and enjoyed that with the entire Madden family (seems like a rare thing lately) and collapesed onto the couch sometime around 9:00. Well better run the clock she be a ticken. Have a wonderful day ladies........thinking of each of you!

My post will be a very quick one this morning because I'm running behind, too.

Good Afternoon,

First time I've been able to get down to the computer today. It was my usual early out the door with my Sunday AM date with Stop & Shop. My kitchen is a disaster with all the "must gos" from the refrigerator but we're now stocked back up with lots of good for you things to eat.

I headed to the nail salon for a manicure and was really expecting the place to very quiet. I guess everyone decided to head there today. I've already messed up one nail and may wander over there later this afternoon and see if they can fix it for me.

I'm so very glad that the pounding in my head has ceased. It was just a miserable day yesterday. Patty and all you migraine sufferers I don't know how you get through this all the time. Patty how is your head today?

I really don't think there's much on the agenda today. DS has a very rare Sunday off and he's out in the garage with yet another problem with his Mustang. I'm pretty sure DH will be out there joining him. I got to eat alone last Sunday because of car issues. Who knows what today will bring.

It's such an incredibly beautiful day here and I would love to go out for a walk but I'm a bit frightened with the prospect after yesterday. I may opt for bike ride instead.

Fall must be in the air. I picked up a Family Circle in the grocery store and Halloween pumpkins were on the cover. The summer has passed so quickly but I do enjoy the fall. Just wish it didn't lead into winter! I enjoy the 4 seasons but wintertime can certainly take it's toll.

I'm going to wander into the laundry room and hope that there aren't any more cave ins from the ceiling above. I think I ripped down most of the tiles that looked like they weren't up there very well and anything that was anywhere near clean laundry. I think I about caught up with everything that had to be rewashed.

That's about it from this neck of the woods. Hope everyone is enjoying a splendid Sunday.

Good morning, wonderful and busy women! J/Z-Deb had emailed me and when I replied, I realized I should post it to let everyone know how things are going in the nuthouse!!! We've had some heavy rains. In fact, my pool is too full, so I should drain it some. I'm debating about riding down to the Outlet Mall in St. Augustine. Saw some neat Capezio dance sneakers at the master class/certification yesterday, so I want to go to the Danskin outlet and get some. J/Z-Deb, you might like them too. They don't have as much support as a cross trainer (running shoes are no-no's), but they slide better, so they're less likely to grab and make you turn an ankle or knee or trip. Some people put gel insoles in them.

My head is so much better today, thanks for asking. Yesterday was a bad one, one of the worst I've had in awhile. When DH says he'll take care of everything and I say "ok" he knows it's a bad migraine. Bob, bless his heart
