The challenge is down below but just wanted to repost it here so everyone could check it out



Here is my idea for a September challenge starting Tues Sept 4th and ending Sunday Sept 30th


I like the point system myself. It is a personal challenge that emphasizes the positive things that we do for ourselves.


Here is how you would earn points each day:


Every 10 minutes of exercise-1pt


Drinking 8 eight oz of water-1pt (water can be any liquid without caffeine, alcohol
or carbonation and try to get half as water if possible)


Five servings total of fruit and vegetables-1pt


Sticking to your eating program-1pt


Taking your vitamins-1pt


2 servings of dairy-1pt (milk, cheese, yogurt, etc and low fat or fat free of course)


For each lb OR inch lost at the end of the week-1pt (I don't know if you can do both but
I cannot keep track of inches on myself so I will keep track of lbs.)


Writing in a food/exercise/feelings journal-1pt (nothing fancy...just keep track of what
you do and actually see it in writing...more positive reinforcement)


I can't think of anything else right now but I will add it if I think of anything. I feel like doing some or all of things are a step in the right direction and it can be modified for every one. Let me know what you think and what should be eliminated or added. Also, the end of the week will be Sunday since the last day of the challenge will be a Sunday.
