Nancy, great job on that weight loss!!
Are you working 4 days a week
Miss P
Good Morning,
Thank you for the post this morning Patty. I, too, add my big Amen.
It is a rainy day here and I'm really hoping that the rain will push this humidity far away. I always expect it July and August but by September I'm ready to move on!
Today is our 31st anniversary. Scary to say and see that number. Doesn't quite seem possible. Certainly some interesting experiences along the way. We may go out to dinner or just take a rain check for ourselves for a weekend night.
DH's foot looks better this morning although still a bit swollen. I told him that he might be better off without a work boot this morning and try sneakers instead. Not really the footwear for his job but his foot did feel better in the sneakers. At least some of the swelling has subsided, it's not itching like it was and it wasn't hurting him to walk on it. The Benadryl really knocked him out last night.
I did get a 30 minute workout in this morning. I was awake so early and then all of a sudden I woke up and realized that if I didn't get up then a workout wasn't going to happen!
Rhonda-really sorry that things didn't work out so well with your birthday dinner. Very scary situation in your house and glad that things weren't any worse. Hope that it's a better day for you today.
Nancy-Congratulations on that weight loss!
Time to get ready for that paying job. Hope you all have a terrific Tuesday!

Congratulations on your weight loss, Lori! That's wonderful. I've lived around depression for a long time, and I know how devastating it can be to the person suffering and the people who love that person. I pray the change in medication and dosage will do the trick for you quickly.
Big hugs,
