My day was a busy one. Can't quite imagine when there's one less person there-not that Sunshine is any kind of team player but there is an aspect of her job that we don't do and we still don't know how that's being handled. There's only been 2 people that have actually been interviewed so it doesn't look too good that there is going to be any replacement any time real soon. I think the frustration level is going to be very high.

DH is at a union meeting this evening and I know strike talk for next June is already on the agenda. I really hope DH doesn't come home all hyped up and talking about it. I already have lived through enough contracts to know what to expect and it stresses me out. Just don't want to hear about it especially 9 months in advance. I have enough whirling and twirling in this head of mine.

The results of the my bone density test arrived in the mail today without a prescription so looks like I'll have to make another phone call. Doctor's offices irritate me!

DS is very happy this evening. He finally got his truck back, the body shop was paid, the other insurance company has already conceded full liability so they are supposed to be processing a check for his deductible reimbursal. Hopefully that will go smoothly.

Otto and I went for our walk and we didn't meet up with the Cookie Lady until we were headed home. But never fear she treated him to a couple of treats and then handed me a few for the walk home. It's truly amazing how fast this dog can walk when there's food involved!

I think I've about had it for the day. The laundry is going to wait yet another day. None of my laundry is involved so I figure if anyone is that desperate for a pair of socks or work clothes they can dig them out of the pile themselves!

I do believe I hear my chair calling me! Hope you've had a good day, enjoying a pleasant evening and are ready for a good night's rest!

My day was filled with activity but nothing like Debbie's description of her morning.

My Thursday was not spent running like Karen, I can promise you that, lol. I typed some office stuff in the morning since I never have the time to do it there. Some office forms we are trying to set up. I called the office and informed them since I was working on office stuff at 7:00am I would not arrive until 9:30. I actually never left for lunch and ended up staying until 5:00 but that means I do not have to go near the place for 4 days! Well I have to pick up my paycheck later but that is a quick in and out stop. Got home and I was furious! When I left yesterday morning I told Katie she better get her chores done early.............all she did was make her bed. Her friend Allie came over around 3:00 which is fine but not doing the chores and to leave a bigger mess...........you probely heard me screaming in Boston! Kitchen a mess from making lunch, dishwasher left half full and open, laundry still sitting on kitchen table to to put into the correct bedroom, no vacuuming, did not clean the upstairs cat box, she did not put away any of her clean laundry (huge pile)and she left the computer desk cluttered with papers, pens, cups and napkins. I took away her TV for a week and her cell phone! Her down fall it the TV and if she gives me any crap her computer time will go next then her horse shows this week and next!

This kitten/cat is still here and will not go away. We are not feeding her but I do not know what else to do. I guess I will have to call the town again. Tiger is doing messes on my diningroom rug and I do not know what to do, any suggestions? Came home to this "new" cat laying on my porch furniture. Ran the vacuum, did some laundry and put a turkey breast into the oven. Had a quiet meal, drove Katie's friend home then headed upstairs for my PJ's. I had a horrible head ache that made my vision blurry. I did not hear from my doctors office so I need to call them......surprise, surprise. I was under my blankets by a little after 10 and sound asleep around 10:30. Really exciting!

Wow, what a productive and exhausting day! It's wonderful that your DD is doing so well in school. Rob played all kinds of sports through 6th grade, then suddenly stopped all team sports. I loved those days, so enjoy hearing how your gifted DS is doing.

We're embarrassed and feel that BB deserved punishment, which he's getting, and the organization needed to take a hit, which it will with the loss of one or multiple picks in 2008.
