When did you first start trying to get into shape? Have you always been trying or did you jsut wake up one day and decide that you had better do something before you fell apart?
Oh hi Nancy. I have not thought of an exercise journal. Like what kind of things did you write in it? I think that is a good idea. That way I can stare at it when I am feeling lazy and will just keep looking at the page with doodles on it rather than my exercising and will then force myself to get up and move. hehehe
Looks like you are doing everything you can right now. I heard when you go off the HRT you do get symptoms...unfortunately. I never took it...I decided to go through perimenopause cold turkey.
Just keep exercising, lifting weights, stretch....all important for an active healthy lift style.
