Good Morning Ladies,


Just wanted to say hello. I'm starting back over this morning. Ok let me start from the beginning. Back in 2002 i weighed 220 pounds and for 5'2 that's a lot of me. Though diet and walking and the running i lost down to 120. In the last year i have put back on 15 of those pounds. As of this morning i weigh 135.


Working out is not my problem. I love that...i run between 35-45 miles a week and lift weights three days. I just love to eat. Sweets are my biggest downfall. So as of today i'm going back on Fitday...logging all my meals and drinking atleast 100ozs of water.

As I've mentioned previously, I run only to get out of the rain and for a good shoe sale, not necessarily in that order. ;-)

Hi, Vanessa! Congratulations on the weight loss!


Welcome to the board and my world too. I exercise and eat good food, just too much of it. Sigh! That is some running schedule! I wish I could run but I will have to be satisfied with teaching and taking group exercise classes. I get my cardio and weight training in that way.


Join us in the Fall into Fitness Challenge. It runs through the end of September and it is basically a journal of how your day went.

It wasn't always like this..but my daughter is in college now and i don't work..so i now have the time to workout.
