A beautiful day out there and looks like it's going to be warming up over the next few days to summer like temperatures.
Back at it for me as well. It's not that it was such a bad weekend I just have a completely different routine and I forget to eat and then when I do eat I end up eating too much and sometimes not the best things to be putting into my mouth.
When DH was setting and resetting the circuit breakers on Saturday it caused all the clocks to go on and off and although mine was reset to the correct time I forget to check the alarm setting. So instead of going off at 4:45 it went off at midnight. It took me a few minutes to figure out where the music was coming from and how it could be morning already and then I looked at the time! I didn't want to start playing with the alarm after that so it seemed like I was awake every hour on the hour so that I wouldn't sleep too late.
I did make it to the basement this morning and accomplished a workout. Not everything was accomplished this weekend so trying to fit some laundry in and just some general straightening up before the paying work day begins.
DS arrived home safely from his whirlwind trip to Florida. He got to go to the Daytona Speedway and had one of the VIP tours. He was hoping to get out on the track in one of the cars but it started to rain. He's already planning to get back there to do that.
Nothing much else going on around here. Tacos are on the menu for this evening. Nice and easy after work kind of meal. Otto walking after that and I'm sure there will be a pile of laundry somewhere in there-or maybe not! Speaking of laundry the dryer buzzer has summoned me. Hope everyone has a good start to the week ahead!
Guess I should do a morning post before it's afternoon. Patty, the picture reminds me of walking on the beach at low tide except for the orange color. There are times at sunset that the beach gets sort of that color though.

What kind of TV did you get, if I may ask? We're looking at ones for Dad and think we're getting him a Sharp 32" with built-in DVD player
