HI girls!

I had a couple of longer days at work... Then it's home and it's busy here too... Going to yoga in a few minutes so I wanted to wrap up Tuesday... We had a terrible storm pass through here last night after a HOT day. Right now it's 56 degrees... brrrrr!!!!

The day is coming to an end and not a moment too soon! I spent the afternoon as a one girl office. My coworker had a call from the school nurse that her son wasn't feeling well. He plays football and she had him in the ER last Monday night after he hurt himself. She didn't think it was anything serious and her sister works at the hospital and picked him up at school and took him to the ER. My boss called in from court and when he heard what happened he sent her home. I person 5 phone lines can get mighty busy and not very productive when it comes to getting any work done. He is fine and is suffering from muscle spasms and will be on the sidelines for at least the next 2 games. We'll just say it made for a very busy afternoon.

Otto and I headed out after dinner and it was an Otto paced walk, slow and lots of sniffing activity going on! He's now sprawled out on my yoga mat taking a doggie snooze. I'll probably have to hose down the mat to get the hair off of it.

I'm not planning another thing for this evening except a chair with my name on it and perhaps a book or a remote in my hands. I've officially had it for the day. It's amazing how energetic I am at 7:30 AM and completely done for at 7:30 PM!

Hope you've all had a good day!

Hi everyone,

It was a fine Tuesday up here in the Boston area; a little too warm for Boston Susan, though, I imagine. Wait until tomorrow! But at least the Patriot are 3-0 which must thrill Susan!

We went golfing the last two weekends and my thirteen year old is continuing to love it! He has always been resistant to learning new skills (i.e., tennis), but really seems to enjoy golf. We are hoping it is a long term family activity for us. The little three par course was less than going to the movies (with the cost of soda and popcorn).

Soccer is going great for him too. Tennis is winding down for me and when fall really settles in, I have decided to switch to yoga. There is a yoga class only a few blocks from my house.

All is well up here, just such a busy time of year!
