karen..OMG my first audit at work was soooooooo nervewracking and took hours and hours on end..now 7 years later its not too bad.. I usually set them up a desk and they sit there quietly and calculate away..every once in a while they will ask me a question i dont know the answer to.

Yes the chimichangas are baked. It's just shredded cooked chicken mixed with some salsa, onion, cumin and oregano, heat that through and put it into a fajita size wrap put a bit of low fat cheddar in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Then I make a sauce from fat free half & half, flour, chicken broth and chicken broth granules. When it's all heated through and thickened add a can of chopped canned chiles and just pour it over the cooked chimichangas. Dee-licious!

The Empowered class is taught by the same instructor who teaches the Inten-sati class. She put together this class which is 5 minutes intervals of cardio (kickboxing, aerobics) with 5 minutes of strength. She used short empowering phrases during the class too which we can repeat out loud or not. I would say it is more on the level of a boot camp challenge class with the power segments of the cardio. The power segments could be increased speed or plyometrics. I mostly stay low but do as much of the "power" part as I can.

There is a website for Inten-sati...I think it is similar to a class you have tried...just a different trademark. For now, I can't remember the name of the one you did. It is kind of like doing yoga moves over and over to increase you cardio and empowering phrases used. The exercises and the phrases flow into each other.

Hope that clears it up...LOL!

I'll agree with everyone it is a beautiful picture. My goals for this month are pretty simple-I test for a belt in Karate mid October so that's first on my list. I'm really working on flexibility this month so I hope to stay motivated enough to keep stretching a few minutes a day. House and family wise I'm working on our eating habits. I've cleaned us up quite a bit now. ;)
