Good morning everyone. We broke another record yesterday for high temps but today we drop down to 80. Then in a few days we drop to below normal.

Love Calvins summary of life.It sounds a lot like my fitness routine too.Right now I'm in a valley of frustration

Good Morning,
A rainy and gloomy morning here on LI. We haven't had any rain in awhile and I think with the rain more fall like weather is headed our way.
Well my workout clothes were ready, the alarm was set but somehow I was missing. I don't even remember shutting off the alarm this morning but apparently I did. Woke up and realized I had overslept once again. I seem to go through these patterns every couple of weeks where I'm completely exhausted in the evening where I literally can't keep my eyes open, go to bed fairly early and then oversleep. I guess that would place me somewhere between the flat stretch of boring routine and valleys of frustration and failure. Maybe an electric shock would jolt me out of bed on time.
Younger DD is on her way to CA this morning for a trade show for work. This is her first flight and she's going solo. Although she's excited she's a bit like her mother and just a bit nervous. She has a layover in Philadelphia and then on to LAX airport. Quite the flight for her first one.
DH is trying out a new routine for himself to try to get himself out of the house on time. Unfortunately it's messing a bit with mine! It's usually not a good thing to mess with my morning routine!
We had an email from DH's former coworker about his son who's been fighting cancer. He's been going through chemo to shrink the tumor and it was finally at the point where they could operate and remove the tumor. After 9 hours of surgery they were able to remove the tumor and were able to save his kidney. Apparently there was some doubt whether the kidney could be saved. He'll have to have some more chemo and then some radiation treatments but first reports are that the surgery was a success and prognosis looks good. Continued prayers for Luke and his family would be much appreciated.
That's about it from this neck of the woods. Hope everyone is well and everyone have a Wonderful Wednesday!

Good morning!
Well, morning, anyway - it's a dark, gloomy, rainy

I think about Kat too, and wonder how she's doing.
Adding Luke to my prayers, what an ordeal but I'm glad they were able to do the surgery.
Good Morning Everyone,
It's a beautiful morning here.
