I am 43 years old. I am 5 ' 10" inches, and I weight 128 lbs. I have four children.
I have always exercised and stayed in shape. However, about five years ago, I noticed I had actually developed a slight "bingo wing" in my triceps. My gosh, I panicked. I joined a fitness gym and now I have really nice arm muscles.
I decided that I would be in much better shape in my 40s than in my 30s, but it has been a real chore. All of my kids are competitive in gymnastics, sport fighting, dance, etc., so I spend at least 5 nights in a gym working out while I am waiting to collect all of them from their particular gyms.
I am so glad to find a group that is interested in what I am. I really love working out. I am always looking for more tips, though, and I do have concerns over working out and aging.
Can't wait to meet everyone.
