Best of luck getting all your services started. My sister and BIL in MD have been trying to get a large addition to their house done for over a year, and I have never heard of such incompetence and indifference to getting work done as she's had to deal with. I don't know how the contractors or the

Darn, I forgot about duct tape and WD-40. I use WD-40 for just about everything -- that and 3-in-1 oil. :-)

After dealing with the trades on job sites for so long, I do really appreciate the good ones, which are too far and few in between. When you find them, treat them as you would a treasure!

Q What cool "Pink Ribbon" things have you seen or heard of that gives a portion of its profits to Breast Cancer Research?

I've been collecting my pink yogart tops to send off to Yoplait. I know DH told me about a program that Ford is sponsoring. I've seen lots of "pink" kitchen items in the stores.

Q What is in your home Survival Kit?

I'm not sure that we have one. I do know that everyone in the house is equipped with a flashlight. I try to keep an ample supply of bottled water and stocked pantry shelves.

Q Ever try any of these new trendy fruit-based drinks?

* Borba Skin-Balance Water with things like pomegrante for clarifying, grapeseed for age-defying, papaya for replenishing and soy for firming
* Sambazon Organic Acai Juice for stamina
* Malva Relax with organic Kava
* Twist By Talking Rain with water from Oregon's Cascade Mountains with a splash of fruit juice
* Metromint - better than an after-dinner candy because it's a calorie-free way to get congestive and digestive relief plus a way to cool down post-workout.

Haven't tried any of them. I'm pretty much of an H20 girl.

Q What was the last thing that inspired you to get-going on your fitness goal(s)?

BP numbers, cholesterol numbers, how my clothes fit. Unfortunately nothing much this week is inspiring me to do anything!

Q What do you do or use for pre/post workout aches, pains, and strains?

Advil, Tylenol if the bones are creaking a bit too much. Warm shower.

Bonus Brain Teaser Questions (Answers on Monday or Tuesday provided all goes well)

? What is Kramer's first name on Seinfeld?

? I can only live when there is light, although I die if the light shines on me. What am I?

? What are the names of the Blues Brothers?

? How can you make 30 cents with only two coins if one of the coins is not a nickel?

? Camp David is named after the grandson of what president?

Eisenhower.

Not much in the brain cells this morning for the rest of the answers!

Thanks Deb. Hope everything goes well with getting those service providers getting you your services!
