That injury and favoring it is what led to the excruciatingly painful frozen shoulder I had. All of a sudden, I'm having pain down that arm, weakness, pressure on my four fingers of that hand, etc. Don't know if I've reinjured my neck, if I have bursitis, or something new has developed due to previous problems. Please share your secret for being able to sleep like that! ;-) You have more willpower than I do to have tossed those brownies.

I changed my tag line to Zumbanatic for the last 2 posts but the old one keeps coming up. Went back twice and made sure I clicked submit. It didn't. Went back and erased it totally and Zumbafied still comes up. I think it's haunted!

I think it's the sea air...and the bed at the beach house is so much more comfy to me than ours at home.
