Who is naked..........who, who, who? Believe me you don't want to see me naked..............honest! Actually a busy morning since I over slept but got out for that morning walk anyhow. Home to find Bill and Katie pretty much under control and ready to head out the door for the day. Billy got out on time too but ran into a snag because the garage door installer was back to fix the door mistake. So that involved some car arranging and a later shower. But I made it to the office by 9:15. It is lunch time now and I came home for some soup. Had a wild taste for some Italian Wedding Soup.......thanks Susan! Thank goodness for Progresso. Figured I would check online quick then head back to that wonderful office. My desk is covered again with files......I have my WW meeting and I doubt I will see any numbers go down. I am having a problem with sticking with my plan and need to rethink this Core plan. Might have to work on points for a while. Dinner will be bonelss pork chops with some potatoes and veggies. A quiet night of DWS and an early bedtime........I hope. Stay well everyone! Hope you are all having a wonderful day!

Any amount of time spent on fitness and health is time well spent. Don't blow it off just because you don't have 30-60 mins. It all counts.

Well said!

I sometimes get into this 'if I can't workout for 45 minutes, I won't do it at all' mood. When I remind myself that it all counts, and I should just get up and do something, I feel a lot better!

Sometimes, I take a break because I'm sick; I've learned when not to push through an illness. Sometimes, I plan a 1-week break after six weeks of consistent workouts. By the end of the break, I miss my workouts and am glad to get back to them.

I'm with you Debbie about the way the younger generation dresses for work. They have no concept of what professional attire means. It angers me so much that I

It really does come across as condescending. Sounds as though she needs more experience, more management training, and less ego. I'd be po'd too.

Not sure what the right words are for a message like that...seems like some young whippersnappers need to be set straight! I'm not sure what it is with young employees but they all seem to think that they know it all. They were certainly condescending and you certainly have every right to be p**sed off!
