I started out the day planting most of the shrubs and ground cover plants I got yesterday evening, plus the 2 Asian orchid shrubs I've had for a while and needed a spot that was a little shadier to put them. Eventually, as things fill in, I think it will look very nice. A lady walking her dog today asked what happened to all the pretty colored flowers I had there. I'll probably put some annuals on the outside (sunnier) of the shrubs, so there will be some color there. The butterflies may be a little confused too.

After my yard work, I decided to take the 3 magnets off my upper arm, just to see if it made a difference. Boy, did it make a difference! My arm is almost as sore as it was before I put them on, and I'm sure as time goes on it will be just as worse. I'm leaving them off anyway, so I can describe accurately to the dr. exactly how it feels and where the pain is.

I had a little dizziness when I bent forward a couple of times last night and some arrhythmia then and this morning, so I took it pretty easy the rest of the day. I'm wondering if I had too much caffeine yesterday -- really overdid it with a large soft drink and two large ice teas. I'll let the dr. know about that too. It's kind of like having a shopping list when I go to the dr. anymore. ;-)

Rob had spent the night out and got home this evening. He's been surfing a lot lately, which makes me happy. He's good at it, and it's good for him. He got a fair amount of sun that is becoming on him. I should get some so I don't look like Casper the Friendly Ghost.

Tim and I talked a number of times today before and after he went to Memphis, as well as during his layover in Charlotte. I had told him yesterday that I'd like him to come over early enough Sunday to make it look realistic to Mom and Dad that he's still living here. Today, he said he had a suggestion to make it look more realistic. I asked what, and he said to move home Saturday!! He's brought it up a number of times, but as much as I'd like him home, I'm still hesitant. Unless this thing goes through on this trip, I don't see the stress letting up at all, and it may even get worse. There have to be major changes in our relationship, his relationship with Rob, and his behavior at home. I don't see how he can do that unless the stress is lessened greatly. I repeated what I said before about not wanting to go back to the way things were or risking going through what we have off-and-on the last 10 months. I can't do that. I guess we'll talk about it more after we know how things go from this meeting. Rob didn't want him to move back, but he may have gotten over that by now. He things he should have a say in it, but while I respect his opinion and want to consider it, it's our marriage. He'll make the decisions in his own.

I missed Dancing with the Stars last night, so have to see the results show tonight. Zumba was good. It was even more crowded than usual after The Today Show segment. We did a new number that must be from the newest teacher DVD. I may be forced to join the teacher thing, so I have access to all the DVD's. That way I can talk about specific routines with you J-Deb. LOL!

Tomorrow will be a pretty full day with the early dr. appt. and the family meeting at the nursing home. It'll probably be later in the day before I can check in.

All righty then... Who's next to share the events of her day? I need to catch up on the morning posts, get a bath, and head for the TV, not necessarily in that order.

A fairly quiet day at work for me. Each boss was out a part of the day and that keeps things a bit more subdued.

It was another beautiful night for a walk. Otto and I did our interval walking. Some brisk paced and some stop and smell the roses or whatever he was sniffing kind of walk.

I sat and read for quite a while this evening. I finished the book I was reading which I enjoyed and now the search for something new.

DD had the day off from work today after her business trip to CA. She must have called me 5 or 6 times during the day since she had decided that she was going to make a lasagna for their Tuesday night dinner club. After about the 5th phone call I finally answered the phone Betty Crocker Help line how may I assist you? I hope it turned out well! It's nice that both the girls have taken an interest in cooking. I wasn't sure whether either one ever would but both actually do pretty well!

Well that about wraps up my day. I'm headed upstairs and watch the result show of DWTS and then off to bed.

Hope you've all had a good day and hope everyone can get a good night's rest.

Sure hope your head feels better soon. Sounds as though you accomplished a lot today for feeling so bad. You're a tough cookie!

I love the thought behind your DH's VS purchase! Even though it's impractical, it sends a really nice message to you. :-) Enjoy!

Nancy,

Actually the information from my prescription was sitting right here on my desk. I knew bone/joint pain is listed but fatigue is also listed as a side effect. I haven't experienced that. The only problem I've been having is an increase in my acid reflux problem. You might want to call your doctor and tell them that you're having these problems and see what they want you to do.
