Good Morning,

After drenching rains and wind yesterday looks like today is shaping up to be a nice day. Headed out for a walk about 7:15AM. Lots of puddles to jump and muddy sections of sidewalk but it felt so good to get outside and take a good long walk. Always very therapeutic for my mind! I got about 2 blocks from home and I felt this wierd stinging sensation on my arm. Apparently some type of bug had a field day on me. By the time I got home I had about 3 puncture marks on the inside of my upper arm and welt type of marks forming. The whole area was burning. Fortunately with the exception of where you can see the puncture marks that are still stinging a bit the welts have disappeared.

It's definitely a day to catch up around the house. Most Saturdays are like that. I still have the bin of summer clothes sitting in my bedroom that need to be put away and I have a bag of things upstairs that need to be put away. Unfortunately I don't have a clue where I'm going to put them due to the present closet and drawer situation. It's certainly tempting to go through DH's things and do some "weeding".

DH is on vacation for the coming week. I still have a week of vacation but I opted not to take this week off. I think I'm going to take the last week in days during the holiday season to do some shopping and maybe the day before Thanksgiving and the day after Christmas since I have to work. I better get thinking and put in my memo for the days before I lose them. At least the person who always took all the time off at the holidays isn't there anymore!

Patty-hope the headache goes away.

Nancy-how sweet of your DH sending you flowers.

Rhonda-hope things continue to go well for you and Tim.

Karen-so glad DS is OK. Your evening sounded very nice and compliments to go with a nice evening!

Hope everyone is doing well today and is ready to enjoy a super Saturday!

Hello, All! Happy Saturday! Thankfully the vertigo disappeared as quickly as it came on. I hope that is the end of that. I don't know if I can catch up on what was going on here, but I will give it try sometime today.

I got up and out today to teach a Pilates class and the phone is ringing off the hook with people asking me to sub classes for them in November. I think I just about hit my limit for next month.

PATTY I am so sorry to hear that you have the headache that just won't quit. I sure was hoping that you were on a run of no headaches. Hug to feel better coming your way.

NANCY Sorry you have to put up with scary inconsiderate hunters. Hunting season scares me...always here of someone getting accidentily shot. I hated when DH used to hunt...thank goodness he "outgrew" it. Nice to hear you are planning a nice slowdown day.

SUSAN I wonder who that someone could be who usually took all the holiday vacation? Hmmmm..... Who would have thought that today would be so nice after the weather we had last night? Luckily all our trees made it through again. That is great you were able to take advantage of the day with a nice walk.` I wonder what kind of critter got you on your walk? Hope the irritation calmed down some.

SASSY OOOPS about getting caught in the rain after the game. Enjoy today and all the beautifying with the girls. You are so right...we were never like that as teenages...LOL!

Now I have to go and catch up a little since I am intrigued on what could be going on Rhonda's way. It sounds very good!

I seem to be hooked on sushi and avacados lately. What is up with that?

Have a good weekend all...

I got up earlier than usual; was having really strange dreams and couldn't get back to sleep - so just got up. DH and I are going out to dinner this evening to celebrate our anniversary. We don't eat out much, so I'm looking forward to it. In a bit, I'm going to do a lower-body workout. I don't know about cardio today; my feet are still bothering me, so I'm trying to keep the jumping to a minimum. It's around 65deg with a damp wind, but I might go for a walk. I've already been out playing with the dog, so that counts, too :).

Judy, I don't remember what you did to injure your feet.
