I'm starting the post early, so we can get prepared for all the little goblins who'll be making the rounds.

We have a TON of candy left over and that's with Rob being way more generous than he should have been. At least the church can use it. I found another bag of Airheads I'd thrown in there too. Just bought way too much.

Sarah looks tall with long legs. As I recall, you're quite petite. Is she as tall as she looks?

Thanks Erin, Patty, & Rhonda for the cheers on the insurance coverage... Rhonda, my son was born with a Cholesteatoma in his left ear.

I think that's what a good friend of mine's son had. I remember him having a few surgeries as he was growing up to clean it out. Thank goodness it affects only the one ear, so he can still rely on the other to take over. Hopefully, the hearing aid will help too. I don't know if my friend's son ever got a hearing aid. If so, I never noticed it, but he is a fireman now.

I think that's the same surgery my coworker's son has had to have. He has also lost hearing in one ear and has a slight speech impediment because of it. Glad that the insurance is there and hope it works out for him.
