I think you mentioned something about a weight program you use for women over 50. Is it a DVD or a book that you use. I'm curious if there are particular weight exercises that you use. I'm always impressed by the weight workouts you do and wondering exactly what you do for your weight workouts. I'm looking to change up my weight workouts and I know (especially after listening to Dr.Oz) that it's important in the prevention of osteoporosis to incorporate weights into your workout. Since I'm already on the verge of it just curious what you use.

The name of the DVD that I used (for the first time the other day) is "Keeping Fit in your 50's Strength" with Cindy Joseph and Robyn Stuhr.
