Good morning everyone. Rhonda, we're all thinking of you and your family. We love you.Margie, great job on your food. I can hear you peddling away.
Focus on what you know you can do. Know what you’re capable of on any given day, and what you can count on. Do the simple things well, and then use the confidence to build up the rest of your game. Nancy...I do believe you have the cutest little shape I ever saw but I know exactly what you mean about not liking what you see and feel. I just beat myself up all the time and I am the only one who can change things.
Getting together with friends is very important. It is like renewing yourself to hang with the girls. Have a great time and no guilts at all about not exercising. You will log plenty of steps at work.

Good for you for getting the exercise in after a horrible night of sleep. I hope it helped you feel better especially after the aggravating day you had yesterday.
I hope the health insurance issues work out and soon...

Hey, Erin...2 weeks of overtime is great for this time of year. Enjoy the extra money...couldn't come at a better time.
I will hold you to your promise to do the Weider machine 5 days a week. ;-)Remember, you made a promise to yourself who you are going to treat like a friend and you won't break a promise to a friend.

Unfortunately Deb...I put the pie in the fridge (outside porch and cool enough) and the pie did not go moldy. I had to throw it out and it kills me to throw out good food. You know...the starving kids in Europe.
Sorry Eric is so sick (again?) and hope he is on the mend.
Happy stocking the house with good healthy food.
Oh...love the dress...very sheik...

Hi, Judy...as much as I hate doing it, I now check my bag when I travel. It is just so much easier and less of a hassle at security. It is always good to have some staples with you in a carry on "just in case".
Hope you have a super trip and get some extra sun and warmth for me
Nice job in getting a head start with the Christmas decorating.
