Good morning everyone. I just read a piece online that said if a woman is tense, craving chocolate and has a headache

Good Morning,
A beautiful blue sky and sunshine this morning. It's in the upper 30's right now but should be a little warmer during the day.
Slow start to the morning workout. Fell back asleep after the alarm went off but I did get myself down there and used one of my DVD's as my workout.
DD enjoyed her birthday dinner last night. We were thinking maybe a proposal might be part of the dinner-but not yet. That boy better get a move on or he's going to be in some serious trouble by year's end. Keeps saying he has a plan! We'll see.
Other DD is headed down to West Palm Beach, FL for a business meeting. For someone who has never flown before she's starting to get some airtime.
After work doctor's appointment for me for my bp check. Not sure whether this visit will require the vampire and a needle. I guess I'll just have to be surprised.
Not much else going on around here. The usual prework chores and then off to the paying work world. Otto has put all four legs down and says there's no excuse for missing another nightly walk. He has been seriously neglected the past week.
Hope everyone's map is headed on a straight path for the day!

I've come to believe that I am a freak among women - I can walk past chocolate; it is not something I ever crave.
I'm not where I thought I'd be, no.

Choco cravings and headaches as a result of hormones.

Good morning, friends!
I don't know that I expected 10 years ago to be where I am, at least in all phases of my life.

Good Morning Ladies,
It's a nice day here.
You Were Born An Original... Don't Die A Copy
Anybody got a problem with that?"
NOPE! Since I started working part time, one of the biggest benefits was getting to say NO to the holiday party. See, if you go, you get to leave early for it (they hold it on a work day). If you don't go, you have to stay at work 'til 5. Since I leave at 1:30, I can say NO and i don't have to work until 5 - HA HA HA on them :).
I gave up the running around like a mad person at the holidays years ago; funny thing, nobody has ever said 'hey, why didn't I get a present from you?' I get lovely gifts for the people in my family and a few close friends. Everybody else gets Christmas/Holiday cards (which I love doing) and I make cookies that get distributed to neighbors and at work. I'm thinking this year I might try cookies that have some sort of "healthy" attribute to them. I love making pressed cookies and I like trying something different and colorful. The neighbors love being thought of at this busy time; and they often put the cookies out at their parties, which is fine with me.
When my daughter was little, I hired a baby sitter so I could go Christmas shopping, and she could stay home and play; I never could stand the thought of dragging kids through the mall screaming :). There was no such thing as internet shopping then. Today, I went to a pottery sale at the University I work for; tomorrow, I'm going back to pick up a few more things; great and unique! Most of my other shopping is done online. I do shop at stores for the stocking stuffers - my favorite part of Christmas is the stockings!
Is anyone else joining the Supercharge Your Weight Loss Community Challenge? I think I seriously need to do that. It starts January 3, but I'm gonna work on things before that. Here's the URL http://yourtotalhealth.ivillage.com/diet-fitness/supercharge-your-weight-loss-sign-up.open.html
