I tried to see the video, but even though I downloaded the latest version of Adobe, I couldn't get it to play. From what I read and the photo, it appears to be an awful lot like other forms of fitness that are already out there.
It looks to be much "slower" paced than Zumba.. I think the guy mentioned it's like a martial arts program with different levels and promotions. I might try it a few times but not sure how involved I'd get.
I wish Zumba were available in my area but so far no word of it. ;)
Here is something I have been trying. I really really like and even with being an instructor doing all kinds of classes, I get sore every time I do this class. Did it yesterday and I sure can feel it today.
I haven't tried Zumba yet. There is a local gym that offers it. I may try a video.
Videos just aren't the same to me, and as you well know as with any kind of fitness, instructor quality variations make all the difference in the world. If you don't get a good one the first try, don't give up.
Have you checked www.zumba.com to locate an instructor. They're popping up everywhere. I'm listed as an instructor, because I'm certified, but I don't actually teach. It is SO fun!
How about Zumba?
