Good Morning,

Bright blue skies are with us this morning. I saw the most beautiful tree yesterday. The leaves are still turning here and this tree was gold, yellow, orange, red and green. I wish I had a camera with me-absolutely beautiful and I don't think I've ever seen a tree with that many shades and color combined into one.

Yeah for Friday! And a payday Friday! Some of the working days crawl by so slowly yet here it is the end of November already.

Patty-congratulations to Ryan on his new job! So sorry about your friend's mom but I know she has a good friend in you to help her through.

Rhonda-how's your Dad doing? Is he doing OK with the room change? Have you been able to get any sleep?

Grace-congratulations to your SIL. Those high speed chases are scary glad that everything turned out well.

Nancy-how are things going with your MIL?

Erin-congratulations on the "down" side of the scale!

JZ-Deb-dream report?

Friday is a nonworkout day for me. Now to keep the temptation of the not so good for you products away.

TV seems to be working again. Of course I had to get in a bit of an altercation with Verizon. My 8 to 12 window was apparently in someone's imagination and was actually an all day window. After expressing my dissatisfaction they managed to get someone here earlier rather than later. The whole thing has me confused since the tech on Sunday said one thing-the guy here yesterday said he was wrong. They had to change the box 4x-so we'll see. Such stupid aggravating stuff!

Off to work in a few minutes and hopefully the work day will pass by quickly and home to comfy clothes and takeout!

That's about it from my small corner of the world. Hope everyone enjoys a fantastic and fabulous Friday!

What? It's the end of November? lol What has happened to this month? I have spent the last several weeks getting my son Elijah ready for college. Not sure if I told you all but I homeschool so I had to get his transcripts ready and do testing and what not. We spent weeks reviewing and he scored wonderfully on his entrance exam. He's only going to take 3 classes this first semester, an English, a Math, and a study skills class. He's still very young (16) so I figure he needs some time to adapt to college life before jumping in full steam. It's been very exciting for us-two now in college and two to go. lol

I've been struggling with my workouts-just trying to find time these last few weeks has been hard. I had to skip a Karate class last week to take a daughter to a cheerleading clinic and I've barely had time to fit in anything this week. I'm determined to spend some time this afternoon and tomorrow just relaxing and getting some good workouts in.

Being new I'm not up on Deb's dreams. Deb, are you a "wild" dreamer?

I've been thinking about control, life's journey, etc., and I have to admit I've been feeling a lot like a rudderless boat being swept whichever way the current is going over the last months. I like to have control, but I seem to have less. The big thing for me is learning to let go and not needing to have so much control. However, I'd like to feel as though I have more than I do at this point.

Another 4 AM night, which is getting really old. All the drs. ever want to do is

There are fish oil supplements without after taste. There are other with peppermint in them too.

I take the regular 1000 mg from Costco. I take it at the end of dinner and I find I don't have a problem with it. I am one of those ones who can't take calcium because of stomach upset so I take that at night now too. I couldn't stomach either in the morning at all. So that might work for you Patty.

I know a few people, like SinL and other instructors, who swear by the fish oil for their knees. It actually helps all joints unlike Gloucosime and Chondroiten, (sp?)

Actually it was Patty with that weird dream but I have them all the time too with the bp med and menopause. Doesn't help with the sleep situation at all!

Sounds like a crazy schedule for DH. How do you keep track?

WTG with the scale being down! Good for you! You must be doing something right!

Have a good weekend. There is no figuring out health insurance coverage and prices.
